My role is to create new flows that helps the visitors achieve their goal. Conduct research and find the relevant information we need regarding the products on the web,and continuous user test new ideas which increases Comhem's turnover business rules and technology platform to a great customer experiences .

I was involved in the process creating the new bank app which was releases this april 2017.
My role was to create very details prototypes which helped the designers the their process.
As well as creating detail prototypes, I did some user testing in Payment and Transfers,Accounts and cards and Loans; which helped the implementation of the app.

I was a trainee and get to work in the world of Bitcoins. I worked closely with the development team in creating a widget to easily buy bitcoins.
I was also involved to create service to help the management search transactions that did not go through and understand why.

I worked at the Service Support Solutions department at Scania in Södertälje.
I conduct various workshops, was involved in the design of Scania’s guidelines for websites.
I created interview guides for the user testing of the new software for the truck mechanics, and I was the project leader to a Demoday for the department where ten research and development projects were shown internally.
